The current Bulgarian government issued a 63-page long study of corruption in the preceding Bulgarian government. According to wire reports, the study accuses the prior government of unscrupulous robbery. The study claims that the privatization process in Bulgaria was stymied. Still, some Bulgarian governmental assets were sold to buyers at 20 percent of their value (presumably to political cronies).
