Turkey has formally complained to the UN that the Greek Cypriot government has bought Milan-3 anti-tank missiles while holding peace talks with the Turkish Cypriots. Turkey notes that the Greek Cypriots plan to buy military helicopters and link their military communications system with the Greek Army's Hermes system.--Stephen V Cole
