Dennis Tito, a former rocket scientist who now runs the Wilshire Associates financial group (the third largest independent financial management firm in the US) has agreed to pay the Russians $20 million to visit the Russian Mir space station as a tourist. The Russians continue to announce plans, rumors, and deals for billions of dollars in investments in Mir.--Stephen V Cole
