Bangladesh ordered eight MiG-29 fighters from Russia under the previous government, but the new government is investigating the curious pricing structure. Bangladesh is paying millions more for its MiG-29s than other customers, and the general feeling is that members of the former Bangladeshi government pocketed millions in bribes and payoffs.--Stephen V Cole
