Israeli Professor Josef Shinar reports having developed a math-based pursuit-evasion theory for missile interceptors that could improve their accuracy over current systems. While he developed this for the Arrow theater-defense missile, Shinar says that it will work for the US national missile defense system.--Stephen V Cole
